Ben Northcote

We'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Ben Northcote, for passing his NVQ level 2 in Waste Management. Ben is a valued member of the team and oversees the day to day running of the recycling centre. He has extensive knowledge of recycling and runs a very efficient department.

Michelle Tanfield-Johnson

Michelle Tanfield-Johnson, Managing Director, has opted to pursue a vocational certified course in Business Administration, furthering her existing qualifications, including a Bachelors Degree gained at Salford University.

Richard Tanfield-Johnson

Richard Tanfield-Johnson who already holds an Honours degree and Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the The University of Sheffield, has sat and passed his interview with the Chartered Institute of Waste Management and can now use the post nominals LCIWM. He has also been accepted as a Specialist with the International institute of Rick and Safety Management, allowing him to use the post nominals SIIRSM

In 2011, Richard also completed his Level 4 NVQ Operator Compency Certificate with WAMITAB and in late 2013, obtained a VRQ level 4 in Non Hazardous Waste, also from WAMITAB.
